The City of Lost Children is about a mad scientist who lives on an oil rig offshore from an unspecified Steampunk city abducting kids so he can steal their goals and when he abducts the minor brother of a circus strongman, the strongman and a tiny woman from an orphanage go on a quest to get him back again.
